Gloss, I am writing this letter to formally request for a 30 day extension for the Development Review deadline mandated by the Site PDP review comments for the above project. We are continuing to pursue a resolution for issues pertaining to a city required bike path/bridge and approval of adjacent property owners for irrigation laterals providing water to their properties across the proposed development. In addition, the city street standard requirements were altered after the original Site PDP review comments were issued and before we were able to resubmit the Site PDP, which created the need to redesign the street layout and the site positioning and orientation of most buildings. Donahue TSP Five Architects 503 Remington Street Suite 5 Fort Collins, CO 80524 Subject: VOA Elderly Housing PDP Dear Mr. Donahue, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day extension to the VOA Elderly Housing PDP resubmittal deadline. Therefore, the new deadline shall be the end of the business day on August 1, 2001. This extension will hopefully give your design team sufficient time to resolve issues pertaining to the bike path/bridge, adjacent property owner approvals for irrigation laterals crossing the property, and redesign due to the revised street standards.
