The following are revisions to the meeting minutes per Kevin Tone from JVA, Inc.:
1. Pleasant Lake and Valley Irrigation Company needs to be informed of the relocation
of the irrigation line and headgate required for the widening of W. Horsetooth Road.
4. JVA feels that the proposed 8' pedestrian/bike path is better located on the property
to the west than on this property because of the natural grades along the property
line. An agreement with the owner of the adjacent property would be required.
5. The alternate compliance to the chapter of the City's Land Use Code would be
requested for Brooke Drive and the extension of Brooke Drive into this property.
6. Basil Hamdan will provide the amount for the potential overflow from the adjacent
detention pond to JVA as soon as possible. JVA was requested to add the amount
of the potential overflow into their calculations only to provide for the amount to 'pass
through' this site. We do not have to oversize our detention ponds to accommodate
the potential overflow. Because of the limited release rate of 1.5 cubic feet/second
required for the detention ponds on site, Basil Harridan would allow the storage
volume for water quality and detention to be combined.
