Stormwater • Note was removed. • The reseeding and mulching are shown on landscape plan provided by Jim Sell Design. • The cost estimate was not revised because the dollar amount shown for reseeding/mulching ($655.00) is higher than what is required by the city ($615.00/acre) per conversation with Bob Zackely on August 14, 2001. I have enclosed four sets of revised drawings, one copy of revised cost estimate, and original redlined drawings for your review and approval. The following correspond to your comments: Water/Wastewater • The note was removed per meeting with Jeff Hill on Wednesday 8/1/01. • All sewer/water lines that are being abandoned have been identified. • All fittings and valves on the proposed water line have been identified. • The proposed sanitary sewer horizontal alignment will remain unchanged per meeting with Jeff Hill on Wednesday 8/1/01. • In order to obtain 18-inches clearance between the proposed 8-inch sanitary sewer line and the existing 24-inch storm pipe, and maintain a design slope of 0.45% (we prefer not to design at absolute minimum 0.4% slope), the proposed 8-inch sanitary sewer line invert is approximately 0.5-feet from crown of existing 42-inch sanitary sewer. • See landscape plan by Jim Sell Design. Engineering • Note 1 on utility plan was corrected. • The plat was revised per your redline comments on drawings. • Street repair notes were added per your redline comments on drawings. • Driveway note was added per your redline comments on drawings. • Standard drawing detail 9-02 and additional notes were added per your redline comments on drawings. • Standard drawing detail 9-02 was added. • The chip seal specifications are shown on the sheet. • The radii have been worked out and approved per Ron Gonzales of PFA. • The phase Il sanitary sewer line has been removed from this set per meeting with Katie Moore and Jeff Hill on Wednesday 8/1/01.
