CORRECTION NOTICE
Dear Resident:
On Thursday, October 11, 2001, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may
come on for hearing in Conference Room A of the City of Fort Collins Current Planning
Department, 281 North College Avenue," Fort Collins, CO., 80524, the Administrative
Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Elbrader Replat, Project
Development Plan, #21-01.
Requests to replat two parcels and create one lot of approximately .34 acre in size. The
property is located at 1519 Cedarwood Drive, south of Lake Street, north of Prospect
Road, east of Overland Trail and west of Taft Hill Road. The zoning is RL, Low Density
Residential.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
