The proposed project is commonly known as the Collindale Golf Course (new) Clubhouse Modification of Standards — File #17-01. This is a request for a modification of Section 3.5.3(B)(1) — Orientation to a Connecting Walkway — of the Land Use Code. The applicant will be demolishing the existing golf course clubhouse and constructing a new clubhouse, with associated parking, in the same location. The modification request deals with a pedestrian walkway internal to the site connecting directly to a sidewalk along East Horsetooth Road, without crossing a driveway or parking lot. The property is located at 1441 East Horsetooth Road and is in the POL — Public Open Lands zone district. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting. Sincerely, teve Olt City Planner *Please note that if the Thursday, June 21' meeting runs past 11:00 p.m., the remaining items may be continued to Thursday, July 191h, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall West.
