Response to the Facillty 5ervice5 building Site Plan Review Comments Dear Ted: The following is the Vistrict's response to the Site Plan Advisory Review comments dated July 26, 2001: 1 _ The District is currently looking at the effects of the requested easement. At first look, it appears that two of our current buildings may be at or in the requested easement. We understand the need for this easement and will work with the City on a satisfactory resolution. We do not consider this issue to be a requirement of Paz approval. 2. Our Civil Engineer is currently looking at this item. Drawings do not reflect any changes. 3. This 5uilding will be accessed only through one of two secured gates. walk in access is discouraged. 4. Thanksi However, we are not planning on having natural gas service to this facility_ 5. Site Plan C- 1! a_ The 10' native grass area in front of the Building is intended as a buffer from the surrounding "hardscape" and help in the reduction of heat gain on the new facility.
