JOHNSON ?AEXMM OFCM%XMM IM1981 Oar Office (970) 484-3467 17a1L (970) 484.2117 June 3, 2002 Be it known that I, Drake Johnson, Attorney at Law have been contacted by Kim Walsh of Northern Engineering and retained for the purpose of generating a temporary access easement for the following parties on the following general terms. The Cornerstone Family Church (hereinafter "Grantor'l and The City of Fort Collins (hereinafter "Grantee) by and through their designated agents, intend to enter into a legal and binding easement agreement wherein, Grantor shall convey to Grantee a temporary access easement. This temporary access easement shall be for the purposes allowing Grantee, it's agents, employees, contractor's and other entities designated in writing by Grantee, the ability to cross Grantor's property as a convenience for building, construction and all related purposes thereto. This temporary access easement shall terminate upon the earlier of the 1) end of construction; or 2) June 1, 2003.
