Off -site Flows
Please document how much off -site flows from the basins to the north of
this site will be intercepted by the proposed berming on the north side of this
site.
Please discuss how the flows on the west side will be routed through the site
and the impact of the pass through flows on the proposed drainage facilities.
It seems that the report anticipates that all the flows to the north will be
conveyed
to the frontage road, however, it seems that some flows on the west side will
actually
go through this site.
Issue Contact: Basil Hamdan
On -site drainage facilities
Please provide detail for the proposed trench drain on the west entrance
Please provide a detail for the sump drain proposed in the low area of the West
building. Please identify where the sump drain will be tied to.
Please provide details for the water quality outlet structures of the ponds.
Please provide actual construction quality details with proposed elevations,
and spillways for the ponds.
It seems that part of west extended water quality pond is proposed to be in a
parking area. Please revise to ensure that the pond is all contained in a
landscaped area.

Please provide a low water channel within the proposed water quality

Erosion/Sediment Control Comments:
Cameron Park, Lot 7
July 31, 2001
Comments provided by Bob Zakely
The report states that construction will start "sometime around March, 1999." Did it? If so,
did they do it right? And why, then, are we reviewing plans now? Or does the report and
plan need to be changed to bring us into the current century? Please help me on this.
The report and calculations call for revegetation, mulching, and a vehicle control pad. None
of these are shown on the plan. Please do so, and add notes to reflect when and where
these are to be utilized.
Why is there no outlet protection on the pond at the frontage road?
Please provide a surety calculation.
Issue Contact: Basil Hamdan
Easements:
Since the site is already platted, the areas covered by the proposed water
quality ponds
should be designated as a drainage easement by separate document.
Please provide documentation for the claim mentioned in the report that
the City has provided a 60' drainage easement through the natural area for this
site.
