We have reviewed the Staff comments from the Conceptual Review and have summarized our
responses below.
Zoning
A detailed landscape plan has been submitted.
A trash enclosure has been located.
Engineering
A Transportation Impact Study is no longer required per Eric Bracke
Poudre Fire Authority
Fire lane has been provided.
Natural Resources
Recycling will be included in trash enclosure.
Other comments acknowledged.
Current Planning
�w Storage structure has been reoriented and access will be gained from the frontage road.
The existing utility easement along the frontage road prohibits the planting of street trees.
All other comments have been addressed by Northern Engineering or WJ Frick Design Group
