I am the assigned planner that took the Redtail, Final Compliance plans to completion. The recorded subdivision plat that you received does contain the same number of dwelling units that you have indicated. * Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12 contain 96 multi -family dwelling units in 11 buildings. • Lots 3, 9, 10, and 11 contain 8 dwelling units in 4 duplex buildings. • Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 contain 37 townhome dwelling units in 6 buildings. • Lot 13 is just a 3-car garage building. There are no SFA (single-family attached) dwelling units since there are multiple dwelling units on each platted lot. The City of Fort Collins Land Use Code defines Dwelling, single-family attached as a single- family dwelling attached to one or more dwellings or buildings, with each dwelling located on its own separate lot. We just received a recorded plat for Redtail that shows 14 SFD lots. Atone point there were plans for 37 SFA, 8 Duplexes & 96 MF units. Can you tell me what was actually approved and if there are still more units coming or if those plans were scrapped? Thank you!!
