[12/27/051 It appears that the weight of theretaining wall will be bearing
on the pipe. Please provide a design that will prevent the storm line from
bearing the weight of the retaining wall.
There are some issues that have to be addressed and resolved before the
final development plans can be approved and recorded. The applicant
should meet with appropriate City staff (Engineering, Stormwater, Natural
Resources, Light & Power, Transportation Planning, and Current Planning),
in lieu of another re -submittal and formal round of review, to resolve these
issues.
Please be sure and return all of the red -lined plans if/when you re -submit.
If a re -submittal is going to be made please, contact Steve Olt, prior to re -
submittal, for the number of copies of each document to provide.
If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related
to this project, please feel free to call me at 221-6341.

[12/1/05] Plans show an electric transformer between the walk & curb S.E.
of building N. Due to electric loads it will be necessary to use pad type
transformers which City Engineering will not allow between the walk and
curb. Therefore a pad type transformer will be set approximately 2 ft. W. of
the sidewalk at this location. Other pad type transformers are planned at
similar locations S.W. of building J, S.W. of building H, N.E. of building P,
and S.E. of building B.

[ 12/ 1 /05] The plan shows gas and electric meter locations on buildings P &
Q swapped from the agreement at the utility coordination meeting of 2-23-
05. The electric meters are planned on the S. side of building Q & the N.
side pr building P.

2. Plat refers to Redtail Court (no such road shown)

vacated.
4. Note referring to sheet 3 of 4- only 2 sheets.
5. Tract H is not defined.

[12/21/051 1. Boundary and legal close
2. Plat needs 2 notes: Vacating existing easements from existing plat, and
Stating the city ordinance that vacates existing streets.
3. Vacation note on plat is wrong.
4. If using blocks, need to separate blocks w/ line type.
5. Lot and Tract numbering, naming could use work- confusing
6. Each block should stand alone- lots in that block start with the first
number or letter (Blk 1, lot A, Blk 2, lot A). In other words, don't just
continue the lettering across different blocks.

compaction, type).
