stabilizing vegetation will be used, similar to the system used by the Colorado
Department of Transportation, and as we have coordinated with Stormwater.

Agreement and recording.

Re: Redtail - Response to May 10, 2004 Comments
Dear Cameron:
The May 10, 2004 comments have been complied with or satisfied. However, the
following additional response or explanation is provided:
Engineering — General:
305 — Utility company variance will be obtained to permit retaining wall in part of the
sewer easement along College.
461 — A copy of all off -site easements is enclosed with reception numbers indicated for
those recorded. Recording is in process for the rest.
463 — Retaining walls will not require permanent easements. We have obtained a
temporary construction easement to build the retaining wall to the north, however a
temporary construction easement will not be necessary at the west.
Engineering — Plat:
367 — Legals and exhibits will be provided on disk so the vacation process can be
initiated (for the right-of-ways and easements relating to the portion of the Cameron
Park plat being vacated).
Engineering — Utility Plans:
32 — As agreed, walls relating to structural integrity of roads have been designed. Other
walls shall be designed prior. to issuance of building permits for same.
