PDP Type 11 (LUC) 1••=600• Comm_.tity Planning and Environmenta. iervices Current Planning City of Fort Collins October 16, 2003 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, October 30, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation and zoning is commonly known as Redtail Residential — Project Development Plan, #26-01. The applicant proposes 37 single family attached dwelling units (in 6 buildings), 24 units of two-family dwellings (in 12 buildings), and 56 multi -family dwelling units (in 7 buidings) for a total of 117 residential dwelling units on 11.8 acres. This proposed development is located north of the City's Redtail Grove Natural Area, west of the intersection of College Avenue and Cameron Drive, south of Fairway Lane, and east of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad tracks. The site is in the C, Commercial zone district. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
