Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Re: Redtail Extension Dear Cameron: This letter shall serve as a request for an extension for re -submittal of the Redtail Project. Due to the complexity of the project and meeting the City Plan requirements, the process has taken longer than I expected. We have essentially created a whole new design for our project and the extra time is needed to finalize the engineering with regard to changes in South College Avenue, completion of the wetlands mitigation reports and minor changes in building placement on our site plan. Furthermore, the meeting with City staff to discuss various final issues was moved to January 28th, which meeting is important for determining our progress and City staff support. Realizing our deadline date is January 27th, I want to assure you that I am continuing to proceed with due diligence at great expense and great effort to have the project submitted no later than February 26, 2003. am 100% confident of the ultimate success of this project. I respectfully request a thirty -day extension for our Redtail Project, with full intention of submitting the project by February 26th. Based on the current deadline of January 27th the new resubmittal deadline will be February 26, 2003. This additional time will hopefully be sufficient to resolve outstanding wetland mitigation issues, finalize engineering design with respect to S. College Avenue, and make minor changes to building placement.
