Re: Redtail Follow Up Meeting
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me about this the other day.
Now that we have reduced the number of buildings and changed the project over to all
public streets, I think the path is cleared for resolving the remaining questions and
moving this project forward.
I have spoken with Cameron, Dave Stringer, Ron Phillips, Ron Gonzales, and Joe
Frank about this project and they are amenable to and interested in being at this
meeting, in addition to their staff members directly involved. Cam was out of town until
Monday, at which time I will speak to him. If Ron Phillips is out of town, I think he will
have Gary Diede come. Please invite each of them to our upcoming meeting, in
addition to all the other folks.
I have reviewed the engineering comments at length with JR_ Many of them were in
fact taken care of and needlessly indicated as repeat comments. The remaining
comments will all be taken care of. Bob Almirall and Dan Mattson from JR Engineering
will be at the meeting to be sure that there are no loose ends or questions with regard to
any matters.
Also, I have been through Advance Planning and Planning's comments as well, and
have reviewed them with Linda Ripley and Frank Vaught. We are all confident that all
of them can be satisfactorily addressed.
Lastly, I met with Ron Gonzales and will be following his recommendations and advice
on how to handle the last couple of matters relating to fire and safety.
