Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Re: Redtail Project / Pedestrian Easements Dear Sirs: It is our intention to grant easements to the Redtail project for the purpose of pedestrian access through our project to improve connectivity between Redtail Office Park, sites to the north, Fossil Creek Office Park, Cameron Office Park, and Redtail residential project. Such easements shall permit connection of the Fossil Boulevard sidewalk south through Fossil Creek Office Park Lots #13 and #14 to the Cameron Drive sidewalk as well as from Fossil Boulevard southeast through Fossil Creek Office Park Lot #13 to the Coronado Court sidewalk, and then south through Lot #14 to Cameron Drive crosswalk and sidewalk.
