necessary. The tracts are all of the property in the project except for right-of-ways and
residential lots. The South Fort Collins Sanitation District will have a signature line on

285 & 286 — The project's average linear buffer distance from natural features and
habitat to development lot lines is in excess of the general buffer standard required,
however, a modification has been submitted because of the displaced and mitigated
wetlands.
