Re: Redtail Plans / Redlined Engineering Plans
Dear Troy:
This letter is to inform you of our missing redlined Plat, Utility Plans and Drainage
Report.
Since our last submittal, as you are aware, we have changed engineering firms.
Previously we were with JR Engineering with John Tufte as our principal engineer, but
due to poor performance we switched firms. As of October 2002, we have been using
North Star Engineering with Tricia Kroetch as the principal engineer on this project.
In our transfer of information in October 2002, we did not receive the redlined plans
from JR Engineering. We have contacted them again in an effort to obtain the redlined
plans for this submittal. Due to many changeovers in their company — John Tufte, Dan
Mattson and Bob Almirall have since left the firm — they are unable to find these redlined
plans as of this week.
Please consider these extenuating circumstances when routing our plans and when
reviewing them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
