Dear Doug and Pat:
On Thursday, October 18, 2001, at the regular meeting of the City of
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5 — 0 to
approve the Macallister Group Home, #31-01. This Group Home is
specifically approved for up to eight elderly clients for the purpose of
assisted living in a residential setting. If you have any questions
regarding this action by the Planning and Zoning Board, please feel
