Enclosed are some examples of site plans that were prepared for various Group Homes
that have been approved over the years. Please use these as an example of what to
prepare. As you can see, there should not be a need to hire a technical draftsperson or
civil engineer. Basically, you can type or word process any title, text, vicinity map, plot
plan, signature block, legal description, then cut and paste onto a reproducible 24 x36
sheet.
I have also enclosed the appropriate ownership signature block and the city approval
block. Please use these as examples as these are the current formats that we use today.
Also, please review the draft minutes to the neighborhood meeting and make any changes
where I may have missed something or stated something that is not quite what you meant
to convey.
As soon as I get a mailing list from Pam Teasley* of the Ponds H.O.A., I will set up
another neighborhood meeting. I'm sure you will have some questions so feel free to call
