REQUEST INFORMATION
The proposed sending parcel is 281 acres in the AP -Airport critical flight path zone and the
applicant is proposing to transfer density off the parcel, except for four existing single
family dwellings,) vacant single family dwelling lot, and a 10 acre industrial use site, with
the remaining land becoming a perpetual conservation easement restricting the property
use to open space or agricultural land.
The proposed receiving parcel is 465 acres with 418 new building sites of patio homes,
single family lots and cottage lots ranging in density from 1 d.u./A acres to 6 d.u./acre with
a community center, internal greenbelts and natural open space. There are three existing
single family dwellings on the receiving parcel.
TITLE: Fossil Lake PUD
REQUEST: Preliminary Plat and Master Plan request for approval of a
non-contiguous PUD with density transfer from the south
acre parcel to the north acre parcel(See attached request).
Submitted at CTR as Fossil Lake Villages PUD.
