The proposed receiving parcel is 465 acres with 418 new building sites of patio homes, single family lots and cottage lots ranging in density from 1 d.u./A acres to 6 d.u./acre with a community center, internal greenbelts and natural open space. There are three existing single family dwellings on the receiving parcel.
