Subject: CWQCD Policy Clarification
The clarification that we received from CWQCD for the two issues of concern
are as follows:
Established Vegetation Barrier: Row of trees and/or berming with
vegetation (bushes/trees) on top.
Commercial Structures: Structures at which people work on a regular
basis - industrial park, business that operate with people regularly.

Subject: Fwd: CWQCD Policy Clarification
I asked our consultant to get guidance from the State as to what they consider an established vegetation
barrier and a habitable structures. The State Policy defines; "Habitable structures shall include
residences, schools and commercial structures."
They came back with the attached clarification
