Johnson Farms — Waiver of Transition Zone Timely Review Requirement
Dear Mr. Jones:
This letter will confirm James Company's agreement to waive our right to a public hearing
before the City Council on October 16, 2001. We understand such a prompt hearing is permitted
for "T — Transition" projects such as Johnson Farms and also pursuant to our letter to you dated
August 9, 2001, in which we agreed to delay our original hearing date.
In light of the Planning and Zoning Board's unfavorable decision on September 17, however,
James Company would like to present our revised rezoning proposal to the Board before we
proceed to Council. As such, we agree to the City of Fort Collins' recommendation that we
process our rezoning hearings according to these dates:
• Planning and Zoning Board — October 18, 2001
• First Reading City Council — November 6, 2001
• Second Reading City Council — November 20, 2001
Should you have any questions, I can be reached at (303) 443-6666.
Sincerely, Q
James 11Company
