Johnson Farms — Waiver of Transition Zone Timely Review Requirement
Dear Mr. Jones:
This letter will confirm James Company's agreement to waive its right to a rezoning hearing
before the Planning and Zoning Board on August 16, 2001. We understand such a prompt
hearing is permitted for "T — Transition" projects such as Johnson Farms; however, because
James Company is requesting a Structure Plan amendment concurrently with the rezoning, we
recognize. postponing the hearing to September 17, 2001 is the most efficient way for the city to
process both of our applications.
