Troy -
To be quite honest with you, I really only concentrated on the conflicts between street trees and
streetlights on their landscape plan. Since our vaults will go in before the trees, I didn't spend much time
looking at conflicts between trees and vault locations.
I did look over their plans again and there are a few areas where it will be very, very tight for them to get
their trees in. But since we don't have any minimum distances from trees to vaults, I'm not too concerned
(Our only requirement is that they not be on top of vaults :>) They may have to move their trees a few
inches one way or another just to get them installed.
I did see one area that they show a tree directly over a stormdrain. This would definitely cause conflict.
It's Lot 8/9 on Strawfork Drive.
We will be installing a junction box right next to the stormdrain so it will be extremely difficult for them to
find a location for a tree on this lot line.
The other areas that will be tight for them are:
Lot 3/4 Hay Meadow Way - this one shows both trees really close the the vaults. Maybe their landscapers
can make that installation happen. Personally, I doubt it.
Lot 2/3 Strawfork Drive - this one shows a tree almost on top of our vault.
Lot 5/6 Block 6 - this location the trees seem really close to vault location.
The really big conflict that I see is the tree over the stormdrain. Anyway, I hope this answers any
questions you may have. Thanks so much for your attention detail.
