Joe,
This e-mail message is to certify that the the uses being proposed on the site of the
first filing PDP of the site formerly known as Johnson Property ODP are type 1 uses. This
means that the decision maker when the project goes to hearing will be a hearing officer
rather than the Planning and Zoning Board. Keep in mind, however, that if a modification
is requested, that decision making authority is given to the Planning and Zoning Board.
