On Wednesday, October 3, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., in the Community Room, 215 North
Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer
will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Mountain Crest Healthcare, (4601 Corbett
Drive), Wireless Telecommunications Facility, Project Development Plan, #28-01.
This is a request for a wireless telecommunications facility to include a 63' tall mono-
pole with three antennas mounted and concealed by a canister. The project also
includes a base transmitting station to be located with facility mechanical equipment.
The project is located north of Timberwood Drive, south of Harmony Road, east of
Timberline Road and directly west of Corbett Drive. The property is zoned HC,
Harmony Corridor.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
Please note that the parking for 215 N. Mason Street is located on the north side of the
