Collins 970 . 223 . 7335 * * * Fax 970 . 223 . 0511 RE: PARADIGM PROPERTIES ODP RECEIVED RESPONSE TO COMMENT LETTER OF 3/15/03 jum 16 201l3 Dear Steve; CURgENT PLANNU*G,p In your last letter regarding this Project you indicated that we need to resolve our issues with Storm Drainage before we could be scheduled for a hearing on this ODP. We have been working to this end over the last three months. The new Boxelder Drainage Plan has greatly affected this area as you well know. and the Engineers have been working to find a solution that the Drainage Department will support. We have developed a concept that both sides have agreed to. At this point the Engineers, Northern Engineering, are working through the details to arrive at concurrence with the Drainage Department. At this time I believe that it will take at least another month to six weeks to get to the point that Storm Drainage will buy -off on the drainage report for this project. I will continue to update you on the progress of this Project and will let you know when we believe that we are ready to place the ODP on the agenda. Thank -you for your help on this project. Fort Collins, CO 80525 Subject: Paradigm Properties ODP 60-day resubmittal deadline extension Dear Mr. Hattman, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 60-day extension to the Paradigm Properties ODP deadline. With the original due date of June 13, 2003, the extension will create a new deadline of August 12, 2003. This will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve the storm drainage issue raised during the process.
