Staff has reviewed your submittal for MOUNTAIN VIEW ADDITION, REPLAT OF LOT 17,
BLOCK 2 #27-01, and we offer the following comments:
ISSUES:
Current Planning
7 Issue Contact: Steve Olt
Len Hilderbrand of Excel Energy (Public Service) stated that if any existing
facilities are located across said Lot 17, then an easement must be provided.
No address was noted on the subdivision plat. He could not verify gas and
electric facilities.
8 Issue Contact., Steve Olt
Mike Spurgin of the Post Office indicated that they have no comments
regarding this development proposal.

Rick Lee of the Building Department indicated that they have no comments
regarding this development proposal.

Technical Services indicated that the outside boundary of the subdivision plat
and the legal description do close. The Vested Rights Statement on the
subdivision plat is not required.

This request for a 2-lot subdivision could be placed on a September 13, 2001
administrative public hearing agenda. This hearing will be held on the evening
of September 13th.
