I recently reviewed the plans for the proposed Johnson Property Overall Development
Plan (ODP) with representatives of the James Company. After careful review, I am
writing to express our company's support of this proposed ODP. The lot sizes, product
mix and plan layout are a positive compliment to those land uses and densities proposed
in other projects within this area of town.
