ODP submittal.

Sear -Brown will coordinate with Eric Bracke and Matt Baker regarding the future Timberline
Improvements.

Sear -Brown will plat the neighborhood parkland at the time of the PDP. The location of this land will
be decided with the client and the City of Fort Collins.

Sear -Brown will design the water system to meet these requirements during Project Development Plan
and Final Compliance Plan phases.

Sear -Brown will complete a UDSWMM design for PDP and FCP plans. We have approximated the
Increased volume by adding and applying a factor of 1.25.

Sear -Brown's drainage plan shows a general arrow of the outfall from the pond to the Fossil Creek
Reservoir Inlet Ditch. This is the first choice of the outfall and is consistent with the master plan.
