Johnson Farms Project — ODP/Rezoning Submittal
This letter will confirm our recent conversation in which you agreed James Company could
submit the traffic impact statement for the Johnson Farms ODP/rezoning on or before
Wednesday, July 25, 2001. We intend to submit all other documentation on July 18. The
purpose of this extension of time is to allow our traffic engineer, Matt Defich, a sufficient
opportunity to complete his traffic analyses and recommendations for the subject property.
