Swift Addition Amendment (12-11-01)
A road connection to the south still needs to be shown until the undeveloped property is
placed in a conservation easement, if and when the property is placed in the
conservation easement, please identify and label this property on the site plan and
adjust the conservation boundary line.
2. A road connection to the east still needs to be shown until the undeveloped property is
placed in a conservation easement if and when the property is placed in the
conservation easement, please identify and label this property on the site plan and
adjust the conservation boundary line.
3. The City requests that the proposed trail / sidewalk not meander as depicted on the site
plan. Please lesson the degree of the curves since this will service as a major
transportation route for the area (schools, parks, etc...) as well as for recreational
purposes. Consider including amenities such as sifting benches for trail users. This
portion of the trail / sidewalk will be the responsibility of the developer.
4. Where the trail / sidewalk crosses streets please label the enhanced crosswalks on the
site plan.
5. South View Court is proposed to be a public street and needs to include sidewalks on
the south side of the street (see red lines).
6. Design public sidewalks along Shallow Pond Drive and Rocky Stream Drive closer to the
public street. If sidewalks are to meander they will need to be placed in an access
easement.
7. Remove access ramps as drawn at the mouths of the proposed culdesacs (see red
lines).
