1. A road connection to the south still needs to be shown until the undeveloped property is
placed in a conservation easement.
2. A road connection to the east still needs to be shown until the undeveloped property is
placed in a conservation easement. Poudre Fire Authority will require dual access points
to the undeveloped property.
3. The realigned regional trail needs to be designed separately from the sidewalk in the
green space provided and continue north uninterrupted without obstacles (i.e. monument
signs). Consider including amenities such as sitting benches, pavilions, etc... for trail
users.
4. Realign the regional trail to cross the newly proposed Rookery Court at the Shallow
Pond Drive intersection. Trail crossings need to be enhanced or raised cross walks.
5. Show all pedestrian walkways and connections throughout the site plan.
