The applicant for the Fossil Lake PUD - Swift Addition came in this morning to go over the
August 19, 1999 city comment sheet. The following issues are new developments regarding the
comments listed on the Aug 19 letter:
1. A following comment on the August 19`h letter stated, "money should be held in escrow for
the unbuilt portion of the future stub to the south to pay for curb, gutter, sidewalk, and
pavement." The county has indicated that they do not want this escrow if the project is
developed in the county. If the project is in the city at the time of development, the city
would require this escrow.
2. The natural resources department, is currently discussing the plant lists -in the Resource
Management Area with the county Open Lands representative. I will follow up on any
decisions that are made regarding this issue.
3. The Stormwater department was never routed a drainage report. The applicant delivered
them a copy last week. I will follow up on any comments that come from review of this
report.
4. The city's traffic engineer was never routed a Traffic Study. The applicant delivered him a
copy last week. I will follow up on any comments that come from review of this report.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions about any of these comments.
