The City of Fort Collins will provide electric service following annexation. 25% service rights fees will apply to all existing electric services at the time of annexation. A 5% REA Service rights fee will apply to all new electric service customers after annexation. The fees expire 10 years after responsibility for electric service is transferred from PVREA to the City of Fort Collins Utilities. See attached letter. Page 1
