Addition" to Troy Jones in Current Planning prior to 2nd reading. These items are necessary so that once the property
is annexed, we can have the appropriate documentation available, and issue building permits in a timely manner. We
already have the plat and utility plan mylars.

This proposed annexation is within Poudre Valley REA's electric service territory. The City of Fort Collins will
provide electric service following annexation. 25% service rights fees will apply to all existing electric services
at the time of annexation. A 5% REA Service rights fee will apply to all new electric service customers after
annexation. The fees expire 10 years after responsibility for electric service is transferred from PVREA to the
City of Fort Collins Utilities. See attached letter.
