Re: Recent and Pending Fossil Lake Annexations
This memo is to inform all parties that the Fossil Lake Annexations No.1, No. 2, and No.
3 have all been annexed and filed with the County Clerk and Recorder effective as of
March 21, 2002. The subdivisions that have been annexed as a result of this action are
Fossil Lake P.U.D. First Filing & Fossil Lake P.U.D Second Filing. Please note that
there is another pending annexation in this area that has not been annexed as of yet.
The Fossil Lake Annexation No. 4 is still under review and has not been the required
annexation hearings. The subdivision that has not been annexed is the Fossil Lake
P.U.D. Third Filing.
For clarification purposes, the boundaries of the annexations are not the same as the
boundaries of the subdivision filings within them. This is why the Fossil Lake
Annexations No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 only include the Fossil Lake P.U.D. First and
Second Filing. This is also why the Fossil Lake Annexation No. 4 includes the Fossil
Lake P.U.D. Third Filing.
