Sorry these are late.
I did not receive a set of plans so it's difficult to understand the layout of the development to give any input
about the necessity for the CR 36 access at this time. Please provide a Site Plan with the next submittal.
Based on the traffic volumes projected in the short term for CR 9, the City believes a portion of the traffic
will detour to CR 36 and Timberline. Since CR 36 is only a 24' wide chip -sealed roadway, it should be
improved to minimum City/County offsite standards. The west bound leg of CR36 at Timberline should
also be improved to a three lane cross section. The three lane cross section should be done at present.
The traffic study should discuss the volumes and impacts at Timberline and CR36 and on CR36 from
CR9.
