The plat for the subject development has been reviewed by this office and must comply with the following
comments prior to recording:
1. Colorado Revised Statute 38-51-105 (1)(c) requires that external boundary monuments be set no more than
1400' apart.
2. Please submit monument records for the West Quarter of Section 9 and the Center Quarter of Section 9.
Larimer County Subdivision Resolution 3.5-C-1 requires a copy of the monument record used for each
control corner shown, two (2) are required for this plat. If using an existing monument record, and the
description of the monument matches the description that is shown on the plat, a copy thereof is acceptable.
3. Page one of four for this plat was not included with this submittal. Items such as the Dedication Statement,
Approval of Survey plat Statement, Surveyors Certification, and Basis of Bearings Statement were not
included. Please review.
This plat will have to be rerouted back to the Engineering Department for verification of corrections.
