Please add a note to the plans to address maintenance responsibility for the storm sewers. The City will
maintain all storm sewers in the Right Of Way and those carrying flows off of the Right Of Way. The line
between the inlet on the south side of building A to the Type R inlet is to be privately owned and maintained.

The newly proposed street (Fossil Lake Place) needs to be constructed with directional access ramps at the
Dripping Rock Lane and Ziegler intersections (see red lines). A new ramp on the west side of Ziegler will also
need to be constructed that aligns with the ramp on the east side and connects to the sidewalk proposed with the
county development to the west. This will then satisfy the pedestrian LOS to the future community park.
(FOLLOW UP COMMENT 8-12-03) Add two additional access ramps on the northeast side and northwest
corner of the Fossil Lake Place and Dripping Rock Lane intersection for access to the major pedestrian spine
(see red lines).
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.

Near the southwest and southeast corners of Building F on Block 2 trees are proposed very close to the
proposed 6 foot tall light fixtures. Please ensure in the field, during landscaping and lighting installition, that you
give adequate practical separation between these lights and these trees in accordance with you best judgement.
No plan revisions are necessary to address this issue.

[10/30/02] A minimum of 2 feet of cover above a pipe to the scarified subgrade needs to be provided. Do not
appear to be meeting this for Storm 2. 03/31/03 Repeat The minimum cover requirements are not being met for
the 24 inch storm sewer pipe. Need to look at using two pipes, squashed pipe or changing hose ht system
works. Need to meet the minimum cover requirements. The use of geogrid does not solve this problem.
8/20/03 By changing the pipe type, the variance request is approved. Minimum cover requirements are met
within the travel lanes on the street.

Need to provide additional elevations at the sw driveway intersection.
8/20/03 The inlet in the drive needs to be the low point or a good portion of the drainage will go out the driveway.
Please adjust on the profile and grading plan.
