Is gas and electric mains laid in the same trench along Troutman Parkway? Typically the gas main is
located 4' behind sidewalk. If gas main is behind walk then it will be in conflict with curb stop and
meter pit.

Water services must remain perpendicular to the main from the main to a point downstream of the
meter pit.
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.

Two signature blocks need to be placed on the site plan (Please see the pages with the signature
blocks). The owner's signature block needs to be signed by you and notarized. We have several
people in our office that can notarize it for you free of charge if that is convenient for you.

Per our telephone conversation, the proposed cimmaron ash tree along JFK Parkway needs to be at
least 2.5 feet from the back of curb.
