Department: Water Wastewater Issue Contact: Jeff Hill Topic: Utility Plans 120 Is gas and electric mains laid in the same trench along Troutman Parkway? Typically the gas main is located 4' behind sidewalk. If gas main is behind walk then it will be in conflict with curb stop and meter pit. 121 Water services must remain perpendicular to the main from the main to a point downstream of the meter pit. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. Make sure all of the comments on this letter have been addressed. If you have any questions on any of the comments, please contact that staff person directly to resolve. 131 Two signature blocks need to be placed on the site plan (Please see the pages with the signature blocks). The owner's signature block needs to be signed by you and notarized. We have several people in our office that can notarize it for you free of charge if that is convenient for you. Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Susan Joy Topic: Landscape Plan 116 12/20/01: Show and label the new drainage easement in the southwest corner. 02/13/02: Shown but not labeled. Please label the drainage easement. 127 Per our telephone conversation, the proposed cimmaron ash tree along JFK Parkway needs to be at least 2.5 feet from the back of curb. 128 Repeat comment. Add the words "trim as necessary to allow for proper sight distance" to the existing tree along JFK Parkway. Topic: Site/Landscape Plan 110 12/20/01: Add "Remove and Replace Existing Ramp and apron with a new" to the ADA Ramp label (or something to that effect) on the NE corner. 02/13/02: Repeat comment. Must match utility plans. 129 Remove the words "ADA Ramp per City Code" to the existing ramp in the southeast corner as they are not necessary. Topic: Utility Plans 19 10/16/01: Cover Sheet - Update the General Notes (E-1) and Construction Notes (E-2). 01/02/02: General Notes provided as requested. Still need the Construction Notes, E-2.
