Tidal Wave is a proposed new, state of the art, 4 self -serve + 2 automatic bay car wash facility located at the Northwest corner of JFK and Troutman Parkway in Fort Collins. This facility truly represents the "next generation" in car wash design and technology and we believe Fort Collins (and the proposed site) is particularly well suited for this type of operation. We have prepared a "Submittal Summary" along with our application to assist with the organization of the information. This summary follows the outline in the City's Submittal Requirements and for each numbered item, we have provided either a short answer directly on the Submittal Summary or indicated that the required documentation is attached or Not Applicable. All items marked "Not Applicable" were designated based upon our understanding of our application after our pre -submittal meeting with you on 8/21/01. As the applicant, I am a local small business person who has lived in Fort Collins for the past 18 years. I intend for this project to be my primary livelihood and as such, I will be committed to doing everything possible to expedite the review process.
