Re: Montgomery Wards Site Redevelopment — Request for Extension
Dear Steve:
Please consider this as the formal request for a 30 day extension for response to the City's review
comments on the Montgomery Wards Site Redevelopment. (The comment letter is dated March
20; 2001, which requires a response by June 20, 2001.) There have been some delays in
finalizing information relative to the potential tenants and it is our desire to not only address the
City's comments, but the potential tenants needs as well in order to reduce the need for further
Minor Amendments. We believe that a 30 day extension will provide adequate time for this to
occur.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or comments, or need
additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at my office.
