Ms Tharp,
I'm continuing on my former email to you about Bennett Road Bungalows -
and as a refresher, I'm leaving my past correspondence attached below.
Has the city manager looked into the flood control issue and utility
access issue, to determine whether or not the developer and contractor
are still within the legal bounds as established for the project?
Thanks for your time.

Steve:
Can you coordinate with the Stormwater staff and prepare a response regarding the grading and drainage
design for the Bennettt Road Bungalows. She aslo mentions that the houses are 2 stories, not 1 'h
stories --my memory of the designs is that all that have been constructed as the applicants had
represented. Please do a site visit to confirm.
thanks,
Cameron
