The project is known as Centerpoint Plaza, Project Development Plan, #35-01. Request for 55,747 square feet of leasable floor area for non-residential land uses in 3 buildings on 5.1 acres. The property is located at the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Midpoint Drive. The proposed uses include general office, medical office, warehouse, limited indoor recreation, and convenience shopping center. The property is in the E, Employment Zoning District. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
