Mr. Richard Fisher has contacted me to request that Larimer County grant an access easement on a property,
owned by Larimer County, located on Midpoint drive here in Fort Collins. While there is no decision at this time,
I have had an opportunity to discuss this matter with the Board of County Commissioners and the request is under
favorable consideration. I will notify Mr. Fisher of any decisions in this matter. If you have any questions you
