Transportation Planning:
Driveway cuts have been consolidated.
Driveway curb cut has been relocated.
All drive curb cuts are now 18' wide.
ROW widths have been shown.
Diagonal parking has been removed. Parallel parking has been added between drives.
A Transportation Impact Study memorandum for level of service is being completed.
Curb cuts have been consolidated. Driveways and concrete pads are not being reviewed at this
time.
A parking lane and a bike lane have both been depicted on the site plan.
A potential need for additional traffic calming is being evaluated.
Light and Power:
Refer to plans by Northern Engineering for response to comments.
Natural Resources:
Tree protection fence detail is shown on the landscape plan.
Stormwater Utility:
Refer to plans by Northern Engineering for response.
Water Wastewater:
Refer to plans by Northern Engineering for response.
Zoning:
Landscape notes have been added to the plan.
Footprints and concrete has been removed from the plans.

Dear Steve,
Thank you for your review and comments on Bennett Road Bungalows. The following comments
have been addressed by our office:
Current Planning:
Adjacent driveway cuts have been combined into one 18' curb cut.
The driveway location for lot 1 has been moved to the north and a variance for this location has
been submitted.
Notes have been revised per redlines.
Signature blocks have been added to the site plan sheet.
Plant diversity comment has been satisfied.
The lot layout example has been removed from the landscape plan.
Engineering:
Driveway cuts have been combined and are now at 18' width.
Driveway for lot 1 has been moved to the north and a variance has been filed.
Diagonal parking has been eliminated and parallel parking spaces have been added between
drives.
Crosswalk will be raised and has been labeled.
ROW and easements are shown.
A more linear transition between existing and proposed walks has been accomplished.
See Northern Engineering plans or plat by Stewart and Associates for all other responses.
