John,
The potential applicants/developers of the Bennett Road property (Bernnett Road Bungalows) had
scheduled a project submittal meeting for last Wednesday, September 12th, with the Current Planning
Department's Planning Technicians. However, the developers called and cancelled their meeting, stating
that they will be submitting at a later date. Therefore, the City does not have a development proposal
application at this time.
I will keep you informed of the status of this potential development as something occurs.
