1) Adequate Public Facilities:
We met with Eric Bracke and Sheri Wamhoff this morning to discuss the status
of the on the Adquate Public Facilities.
Matt Delich was also present. Eric confirmed that he had recieved the
additional information related to the AFP on the highway capacities and that
each building (A and B) constructed individually would meet the APF. Only
one building or phase could be submitted for Final Compliance. We will
confirm the above in a Memo which we will send to Eric, Sheri, Marc Jackson
and yourself.

Re: Centerpoint Plaza
We understand that there is a three year period once approval is given.
Please could you confirm as to when this time begins.
Is it from final approval of the PDP or the FDP?
Also, after submitting for the first building can the second building be
submitted under another FDP as long as it is in the
3 year time frame ?
2) Alternative Compliance - Current Planning Item 115.
We would like to make sure we are responding in the right way. Please could
you confirm the following respose is acceptable. (The final wording will
depending on which building goes to Final Compliance).
"The emergency and service/ delivery access and parking will be constructed
as per Diagram 1) or 2).The number of parking spaces will therefore comply
with allowed parking spaces as per the Land Use Code".
As we discussed at our meeting last week should Building B proceed first, 10
parking spaces at the rear of building B would
be switched for 10 spaces in the center of the parking lot north of Building
B. The 10 spaces to the rear would be installed in the second phase.
We would appreciate your help and clarification on the above.
Thank you.
