Should this be the case the project may be able to proceed with all or the other two phases under the approved PDP. We believe this covers the main items discussed. Cemerpoint Plaza is located on the southeast corner of Midpoint Drive and Timberline Road. From the meeting the following was determined - Reference to the LUC section 3.7.3 Adequate Public Facilities. Section 3.7.3. Item (C),b) — Article 3,page 118-3 and Article 5 page 37 — Site specific development plan. The project will be able to proceed under the current PDP process with phasing shown on the Site Plan for the three proposed buildings and parking. After the PDP process an FDP (Final Development Plan) could proceed for each building or phase. At this time building A meets the APF traffic criteria and could be built without havin APF issue. Buildtng A or base one could proceed as an FDP with Alternative Compliance( _parking and access.
